        On April 9, the unveiling launch ceremony that the first workstation of the expert in China’s gynecological oncology field Ma Ding settled down in Huangshi Aikang Hospital was successfully held.

Secretary of leading Party group of Municipal Science and Technology Association Deng Huabin read out the notification on the establishment of “the workstation of academicians and experts in Huangshi Aikang Hospital”, Vice Chairman of Hubei Association for Science & Technology Yu Jun, member of the Standing Committee of municipal Party committee & President of Municipal General Trade Union Zhong Liping jointly unveiled the nameplate of “the workstation of academicians and experts in Huangshi Aikang Hospital”. The leaders including Deputy Director of Health and Family Planning Commission of Hubei Province Yao Yun, member of the Standing Committee of municipal Party committee & President of Municipal General Trade Union Zhong Liping, Department of Science and Education of Provincial Health and Planning Commission Lin Junjie, Director of Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission Lu Yongmei et al. attended the unveiling ceremony this time.         As the top talent in China’s gynecological oncology field, Academician Ma Ding now acts as Director of Gynecology and Obstetrics in Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College of HUST, Chairman of Society of Gynecologic Oncology of Chinese Medical Association, Director of National Center for Clinical Medicine for Obstetrics and Gynecology, Director of Key Laboratory of Tumor Invasion and Metastasis of the Ministry of Education, the first medical academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in Hubei Province at the same time.         It is not only a grand occasion but also a happy event in the health system that the workstation of Academician Ma Ding settled down in Huangshi Aikang Hospital. The 19th National Congress opened the new era for socialism with Chinese characteristics, also blew the horn for great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and made specific strategic deployment for the implementation of healthy China. At the National People’s Congress which just came to an end, General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that development is the first priority, talent is the first resource, and innovation is the first power. Talent bottleneck has consistently been the difficult point and key point to restrict the reform and development of our health undertaking. The establishment of the workstation of Academician Ma Ding in Huangshi Aikang Hospital is an important measure to put the spirit of the 19th National Congress into practice, cultivate and collect talents in innovation business, which is a sign that Huangshi has stepped out solid steps to promote the industry-university-research combination and introduce high-level talents, which will increase new force for speeding up the construction of healthy Huangshi for sure, and also bring new opportunities and provide new support.         Huangshi Aikang Hospital is one of a small number of national level three and first-class comprehensive hospitals, as well as an enterprise hospital with a history of one hundred years.
